Sustainably produced nesting boxes
Because we value sustainability, this LIFE project will use nesting boxes manufactured from wood with a PEFC certificate.
In November and December, we will install 360 nesting boxes at our trial locations in Flanders and the Netherlands. The fact that, within the project, we are committing to stimulating the social economy and acting responsibly with equipment/materials, means we have had the nesting boxes made-to-measure in the Opglabbeek nature support centre. All nesting boxes will be manufactured using wood with a PEFC certificate. All the income from the sales will be used for the care and rehabilitation of sick and wounded wild animals.
