Welcome to our ambassador municipalities

Get to know our ambassador municipalities

No fewer than 27 municipalities have committed themselves to become ambassadors of the project LIFE Oak Processionary. These ambassadors, all within the project region, are committed to managing the oak processionary caterpillar in the most ecological way possible, while limiting the use of biocides as much as possible. In addition, they contribute to the data set of the LIFE project (socio-economic study; evolution of biocides use) and they want to inspire other municipalities to also make the transition from control to management.

In exchange for these efforts, we try to guide them as best as possible in their ecological management, we stimulate the exchange of knowledge between the ambassadors and we put them in the spotlight at appropriate times.

We would like to thank them in advance for their enthusiasm and hope for a very pleasant collaboration in the coming years!
